Seattle Metro Bus: 64, 65, 71, 76, 83 Time: 6:00-8:00pm (Join us for social time at 5:30pm) Admission: Free From February through June, IONS featured a monthly teleseminar series about a new vision for aging. This series included topics such as the latest research on how our brains age and change over time, psychological and emotional tools for mastering this stage in our lives, and spiritual insights into the aging process. In the description of the latest teleseminar, it says: "Aging includes loss and great changes and yet there can also be an awakening to a greater sense of wonder, meaning, creativity and 'radical amazement.' Our actions can come from a different place, one that is not driven by ego but from a higher transpersonal consciousness where self-esteem and self-worth come from Being-Mode instead of Doing-Mode."
