Admission: Free At our first gathering of the new year, we'll be exploring the concept of Transformation. The mission of IONS is "advancing the science of consciousness and human experience to serve individual and collective transformation." What does "transformation" mean to you? Have you had an experience of major transformation in your life? What does collective transformation look like? How do we bring about collective transformation? The book, Living Deeply: The Art and Science of Transformation in Everyday Life by Marilyn Schlitz, Cassandra Vieten and Tina Amorok, is based on a decade-long research program at IONS. We'll be using this book as part of our discussion. Please bring other books you feel could be helpful for our dialogue. Please bring a snack to share. BYO Mug.
